Anyone interested in trading in a policy can speak with an advocate over the phone or through email. The advocate will be able to explain the process, answer questions, and connect you with the appropriate specialist to facilitate your policy trade-in.

How We Provide Assistance
Advocates do not facilitate policy trade-ins. The initiative is set up to help fellow Seniors navigate the trade-in process by providing general information and guidance, and by locating and connecting individuals with a licensed specialist best qualified to handle his or her trade-in.
Advocates do not require, and will not ask for, sensitive personal information. General information about your policy type and circumstances will allow an advocate to find a licensed specialist qualified to provide details specific to your trade-in, such as expected payment amount and processing time.
